Where will I meet the driver at the airport ?
The driver will meet you inside the arrivals lounge holding a sign showing your name. In any case he will always have a mobile phone so he can contact you if any problem may arise. This is the reason we ask for personal information during the reservation. Our driver will help you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle.
What if my airplane is delayed ?
No matter the delay, we will wait without an additional charge at all. There is no reason to worry!
Must I tip the driver ?
Tips are welcome but not required, and entirely at your discretion.
Are there any hidden charges or extra costs ?
Any extras costs will be shown during booking. The price on your confirmation is final. There are no hidden costs.
What is the latest date I can book a tour/transfer ?

Although you may book your transfer/ tour online or by phone up to 4 hours before the pick up/ arrival time, we recommend that you book as early as possible to ensure that we have availability, especially for tours.

How can I confirm that my reservation has been completed ?
You will receive a confirmation email, which will contain your Taxi voucher, along with all the details of your reservation.
How can I make a booking ?

You can make a booking online, by phone and by email. We will ask you for information regarding the transfer/ tour such as flight details, arrival/ pick up time, destination address, passenger contact information and luggage amount.

A 20 % deposit of total amount of your service (transfer/tour) is required to complete the booking. You will pay the balance (in cash), after your service to your driver.
